Should we cure aging and let people live forever?

Preventing age-related suffering and death is a moral extension of medicine.

Curing aging would eliminate the primary cause of human disease and suffering, allowing people to live healthier and more productive lives indefinitely.

A permanent ruling elite, frozen wealth, and a planet that can't absorb generations who never make room for the next would entrench inequality and stagnation far beyond any individual's gain.
