Should we separate the art from the artist?

Enjoying art is not endorsement, but giving them money or platform still carries responsibility.

A work, once made, stands on its own merits independent of its creator's character.

Art acquires its own independent value and meaning once shared with the public, separate from the personal actions of its creator.
